The 16-port one digital path DSR1030 KVM over IP switch gives administrators virtual media capability through DSView 3 software as well as all the features of the DSR1020. Administrators can remotely load software by mapping a local removable media or mass storage device to a remote server. This allows file transfers, application and OS patches, and diagnostic testing from a CD. For easy access to network devices, the DSR1030 switch USB ports allows you to remotely power cycle connected devices and external modem support - even when the network is down.
